My company has been trading for nearly 8 years, and in that time I have used the services of several accountants. In many cases, I found that I was required to keep track of my own VAT, payroll and Income Tax / NI payments. I felt that I was doing the majority of the accounting side of the business myself, and being charged for the privilege of being with a 'well known' accountancy firm.

After joining AccountsNet, my company workload decreased to nil. The first class online system works out all of my payments due, and runs a payroll for employees. Although I need to keep my receipts, there is not the usual bags of paper being sent to the accountant at year end to produce accounts - its done automatically through my income and expense inputs throughout the year.
